Please note that there are a few options with regards to payment although we must inform you that no cash is accepted, but the following payments are available at Safety Etc:
- Debit/Credit card payments – There is a card facility available at our retail store.
- CREDIT – Recurring customers can apply for a credit application. Payment is expected within 30 days after statement.
All items bought at Safety Etc will only be fully released once we have received confirmation of payment in FULL.
Any product bought from Safety Etc may be returned within the first 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is faulty.
- The wrong items have been delivered.
- If the items packaging has been opened, it is assumed used and will not be accepted.
- Any customised garments will also not be accepted.
- Goods that are supplied correctly and returned for credit will be subject to a 10% handling fee.
- Delivery is made once payment has reflected in our account unless the purchase is a credit.
- Delivery is made as soon as stock is available, usually between 1-3 days.
- If an order is incomplete – there is a choice of collecting part of the order or waiting for the full order. Delivery is only made on full orders.
We will delivery on most orders, but depending on the size of the order will depend on if delivery may take place.
